When I was about to see the result of my personal health assessment,
I don't know that the things I do with my self are not enough to be very healthy.
I get 19 and other are 27 which stated that what I am doing must give more effort and focus on the things I do everyday.aNd i must keep myself healthy though xD

What challenge did you take?Get high score in a quiz or seatwork(SS016)=beFore the start of Our quiz. Im really nervous BEcause i didn't review on that time haha!!!!but thanks to our professor. sHe gave us enough time to review for our quiz. after our quiz i looked at my score and i GOT a PErfect Score hahaha!! lOl“An Inconvenient Truth”The most striking scene in the movie:When hurricane katrina hit the USA causing a lot of people to die.Your feelings and emotions while watching the movie:I feel very pity on those who have experince that tragedy in USA.

Looking back at the list of your positive characteristics and qualities, what do you feel and realize about it?=WhEn i was to look Back on my Good traits. i feel great about it, I feel I have the BEST characteristics :D,2. The Golden Rule says “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.”a. Given the following situations, how would you like to be treated by your teachers and schoolmates:- when you have given wrong answers to the questions during recitation;= The Teachers/Classmates must not laugh at me if I have given The wrong answer.EveryBody commits mistakes, so give RESPECT :D-when you are expressing your opinion during class or group discussion;= They should listen to me. In this way their giving respect to the speaker. Everybody must focus on what the speaker is saying :D- when you are giving suggestions during group work or presentation;= They should listen to my opinion because I may give the best answer haha!! lOlthey must Value each other's opinion :D- when you commit mistake;= Nobody's perfect so don't laugh at someone if they commit mistake :D- when you don’t like doing what they ask you to do= They should respect the things i like and the thing's I don't like. They should not force me to do the things i DOn't really like :D- when they want to give you their comments or suggestions?= I will listen to their comments :) by showing respectb.
